(BRING JUSTICE FOR PALESTINE AT ICC)

The fall of the Ottoman caliphate led to the Palestinian occupation of the British in 1917. Since then, a well-planned attempt by the Zionist movement and western powers has seen a massive Jewish migration to Palestine. There was much bloodshed and war between Jews and Muslims until the end of Israel's illegitimate state in 1948 in the centre of the Palestinian state.

The greed and cruelty of Israel's Zionist did not end there. The pressure and oppression of Muslims in Palestine continue to worsen. War crimes against the Palestinians occur almost daily. Their intentions and plans are clear. They want to take complete control of the Palestinian state and ultimately conquer the Aqsa Mosque.

Although many international laws have been drafted and dozens of resolutions and international conventions have been approved, Israel has not been brought to justice and taken to any international court for criminal acts committed against Palestine.

Therefore, there must put a systematic and planned step in place to apply all the provisions of the existing international law to bring Israel to court on the crimes they committed. Nowadays, our legal team is working hard using our resources after filing a lawsuit in the International Criminal Court, The Hague, by the MyAQSA Foundation in October 2018 to accuse Israel of war crimes against Palestine and violation of Resolution 2334.

Our first communication with OTP ICC to demanding ICC initiate an official investigation against Israel war crime & violation of UNSC Resolution 2334.

Launching Ceremony of MyAQSA’s ICC Initiative on UNSC 2334

Meeting with representatives of OTP, ICC at The Hague, Netherland

1 MAY 2019

Second Meeting MyAQSA Legal Team with OTP ICC to follow up with OTP, ICC on status of the investigation at The Hague, Netherland

MyAQSA sends Legal Team Delegation to Baitulmaqdis, Palestine, to get evidence and record witnesses statements.

Meeting with Deputy Secretary-General of OIC in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

FEB 2020

MyAQSA had submitted the evidence/argument to OTP Office for ICC Pre-Trial Chamber.

MAR 2020

MyAQSA Submission was accepted, and MyAQSA also being as Amicus Curiae for ICC Pre-Trial Chamber Session.

International Criminal Court (ICC) decision recognizing Palestine as a State Party to the Rome Statute and subsequently ruled that the court had jurisdiction to pursue Israeli Zionist crimes in Palestinian lands, in particular the West Bank and Gaza.
